How can I pay for my order?

All payments can be made with your PayPal account, or by using your credit or debit card through PayPal. You will directed to the PayPal website at the end of the checkout process. We accept VISA and also MasterCard.

How long will my order take arrive?

We aim to have all orders processed and also sent within 24 hours. Postage times will vary depending on location. In most cases you should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the purchase date. In the event that there is insufficient stock, we will contact you directly. We will ship all items that are in stock and the back ordered items will follow as soon as they become available.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. We accept purchase orders from schools, centres, hospitals and also many other government organisations. Email us your order, and we will send an invoice with payment details.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We happily accept orders from all over the world. Please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information to and we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Can I pick up my order and save on postage?

Yes we allow pick ups on most items, we are located in the Coffs Harbour area. Email us at to arrange a convenient time.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $100 and $20 for orders over $100 and so on, this does not include bulky items. Please check table below.

Bulky items will attract an additional shipping charge depending on the postcode and suburb, these items are all under the category Large Equipment.

How is my order shipped?

We use Fastway and also Australia Post for most shipping. However if your product falls outside the size or weight limits it will be sent via courier. Furthermore to reduce double handling and also extra shipping costs some large items are sent straight from the supplier. Items sent directly from our distributors, cannot be sent to a PO Box, this is stated on the item. They are subject to their shipping times, services and the availability of stock. These items are sent via courier, please indicate if you give authority to leave in a safe place, if so where.

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed a tracking number, if available, will be added to your order information. This allows you to track your parcel on the Fastway website or through Australia Post. Items sent via standard Australia Post will not have a tracking number.
