We have a very efficient Packaging and postal service which allows us to guarantee to ship your item within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
We ship via Fastway or Australia Post ( standard variable shipment times apply). We post from country NSW when estimating postage times, please remember in times of Public Holiday’s floods or natural disasters that these can affect postal routes and times. Please remember once your package has left our warehouse we are in the hands of Fastway or Australia Post.
Items that are sent straight from the supplier are subject to their shipping times, services and the availability of stock. These items are sent via courier and cannot be sent to a PO Box.
Bulky items will attract an additional shipping charge depending on the postcode and suburb, these items are all under the category Large Equipment.
Pick up is available for most items, just email or message for details.
We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase it may not fit or is not what you wanted. With this in mind, we offer a 30 days return policy with a full purchase price refund. Please check the list of requirements below:
- You must notify us that the goods will be returned within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Item must be in unused condition with full unopened packaging, including any pamphlets or information sheets and warranties.
- Item must be securely packaged just as it came to you.
- All return postage costs are the buyers’ responsibility unless the item has been agreed faulty by us.
Once you have purchased you have agreed to our policies.
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged item, please email us including photos of the damage and a clear explanation. Once we have agreed the item is defective we will communicate what the next step is.
